You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore and any relevant jurisdictions.

You may not use our services:

  • To submit fraudulent, altered, or misleading documents

  • To impersonate another individual or entity

  • For any unlawful, threatening, or abusive purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect abuse, illegal intent, or violation of our terms.


2. Eligibility

By using our services, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete


3. Appointments and Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, by phone, or email. You are responsible for ensuring that all required documents and identification are provided during your appointment. Failure to bring necessary materials may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or legal limitations.


4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are clearly listed on the Services page and confirmed during appointment booking. Payment must be made in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and electronic payments.


5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or for the fulfillment of our services.


Service Disclaimer

Signature Notary provides notarial and document-related services in accordance with Singaporean law. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Any legal implications arising from your documents are your responsibility, and we recommend consulting with a licensed attorney for legal guidance.

We do not guarantee the legal effectiveness or acceptance of your notarized documents by foreign entities or governments. Acceptance depends on the specific requirements of the receiving party. Apostille and embassy legalization services are conducted to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for delays, rejections, or policy changes imposed by third parties such as embassies or ministries.


Refund Policy

Due to the nature of notarial services, refunds are generally not available once the service has been completed. This includes notarization, certification, witnessing, or processing of apostille/legalization requests.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion under the following limited circumstances:

  • You cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance

  • A clerical error or omission was made by our staff, and the document is unusable

  • The service was paid for but not rendered due to scheduling or legal constraints

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@signotaryhub.com within 5 business days of the appointment or issue. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days using the original method of payment.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, texts, visuals, and service descriptions, is the property of Signature Notary and protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

Signature Notary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website, including but not limited to lost profits, legal disputes, or document rejection.

Our total liability in any matter related to the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those specific services.


8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
